Service Dog Vest with Patches

This Dog Vest are fashioned in a traditional cape style vest for quick and easy use. These vests are still made with the highest quality materials and consist of two layers of weather resistant 1000 denier nylon/urethane coated fabric offered in 11 different colors. The borders of the Service Dog Vests are bound with reflective webbing for added visibility, strength, and durability. The vest fits over the dog’s head and attaches with a quick release buckle underneath the legs. Both the chest and girth straps are adjustable to give your dog the perfect fit. On the top of the vest there is a clear vinyl pocket to hold your dog’s ID information or paperwork.  Includes 2 patches.

The Registered Service Dog ID Card is made from heavy duty 30ml plastic, the same as most state issued ID cards. A professional resin thermal encoder machine is used in printing the ID to create a professional looking, durable and long lasting card. The card is laminated on both sides for extra durability.

Service Dog IDs will have the ADA (American with Disabilities Act) information on the back of the ID. This information addresses your rights and protects your full access required by law to public buildings.

 

Aluminum Service Dog Tag Access Required

This high quality engraved aluminum Service Dog tag is the perfect size for any dog. The tag is embossed with the Medical insignia on one side and engraved with the wording “SERVICE DOG  ACCESS REQUIRED BY FEDERAL LAW” on the other side again with the medical insignia.  Our Service Dog tag is approx 1.25” x 1.5” in size and comes with split ring so that you can attached to your dogs collar, harness, vest or leash easily. 

Service Dog: The front of the tag is engraved with Service Dog Access Required by Federal Law and has the Medical Alert Symbol on it. The back of the tag is embossed with the Medical Alert Symbol.
